Jeans Day™ – April 29, 2010
On Thursday April 29 wear your heart on your jeans and support the 2010 Jeans Day™. By purchasing a $20 lapel pin or $5 collector’s edition Jeans Day™ button and wearing denim to work or school, you support the important work being done at BC Children’s Hospital. North Okanagan's Committee
The North Okanagan Community for Kids committee is a volunteer-driven initiative. Their goal is to raise funds and awareness within the North Okanagan community and advocate for BC Children's Hospital. This year the committee is chaired by Angela Bushey.

Each community's fundraising activities are organized by a committee of volunteers, and may include golf tournaments, ChildRun, Festival of Trees, Jeans Day™, bonspiels, Radiothons, concerts, and other independent special events.
